We are Mark & Grace Sias. Proprietors of Noble Notary Signing Service Agency. In 2019 we started a local notary & legal document service in our hometown of Port Orange, Fl. called Noble Notary & Legal Document Preparers.

As business grew, so did our skill set, network of notaries and our stake in the industry. We seek to add value to the lives of everyone we come in contact with as well as improve the notary industry as a whole.

In 2022 we authored a book called "A Golden Pen" (sold everywhere) about our experiences as notary entrepreneurs. Next, we founded a training system to teach notaries additional skill sets. This training system is called Notary Prosperity Academy.

With a growing network of highly skilled mobile notaries, we decided to start a signing service which quickly and efficiently staffs and dispatches mobile notaries to anywhere in the United States. Many of our notaries are personally know to us, have received extensive training, and are highly qualified to perform flawless execution of legal documents ensuring they are fully legally binding, while also providing a pleasant experience. 

Speaking from personal experience, the typical notary encounter is unfortunately unpleasant, highly inconvenient, and often botched. The distracted, amateur notary service you get at a typically UPS store or local bank, warrants the poor reviews you see on there google listings. 

Even experienced title & escrow companies often make the mistake of  sending closing documents to a remote client and instructing them to have them notarized. Often they are botched. We see this happen too often. Costing everyone time, money, & inconvenience.

Also, we offer private training in a private group to our notaries ensuring they are equipped for upcoming assignments. Many "Signing Services" have a database of "Signing Agents".  We have the MOST extensive PRIVATE database of both signing agents, multi-services notaries and mobile notaries for EVERY occasion from photo-inspections to VIN/DMV assignments to fingerprints & weddings.
